物化性质 | 物理性质:粗多糖干品为黄褐色块状固体,有海腥味。经H2O2脱色后冻干得到白色纤维状固体, 可溶于水,易溶于热水, 难溶于酸碱, 不溶于高浓度乙醇、甲醇、丙酮等有机溶剂, 无挥发性, pH值为6.5, 比旋光度为[α]D20 =-1.25°(c=0.80, H2O)。化学性质:硫酸-咔唑反应阳性,说明含有糖醛酸;苯酚-硫酸反应阳性, 证明为糖类物质;三氯化铁反应阴性,说明不含酚类或鞣质;双缩脲反应阴性,证明了不含蛋白质类物质;碘-碘化钾反应阴性,说明不含淀粉类物质。 |
