Use | It can be applied as an antistatic agent and fiber oil agent for synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon. |
Store in a dry and ventilated place.
Firstly, a quantitative amount of fatty alcohol (C16 alcohol, C18 alcohol, or oleanol) and catalyst are added to the high-pressure vessel. After heating to a certain temperature, epoxy ethane (with a molar ratio of 2.0:1 between epoxy ethane and fatty alcohol) is introduced for addition reaction to prepare fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. Then quantitatively pour the prepared fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether into a dry esterification reactor, and slowly add a certain amount of P2O5 (the molar ratio of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether to phosphorus pentoxide is 3.8:1) at a lower temperature and a certain stirring speed. The feeding time is about 1.5 hours. Then heat to 70 ℃ for esterification reaction, with a reaction time of 3 hours. After the esterification reaction is completed, sample and analyze the acid value. Finally, neutralize the esterification product in a neutralization reactor with triethanolamine (the amount of triethanolamine added is 0.73-0.76 times that of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate) to obtain the triethanolamine salt of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate.
