1. Add 600 parts of phenol to the reaction kettle, then slowly add 684kg (90%) of sulfuric acid and keep it at 100 ℃ for 2 hours. Then add a theoretical amount of 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution and urea. Stir at 40-50 ℃ for 2 hours.
2. Add dicyandiamide to the reactor for condensation with formaldehyde, and then add Na2SO3 for sulfonation.
3. After condensation of the above two products with formaldehyde, adjust the pH value to around 7.0 with 10% sodium hydroxide to obtain the finished product.
