It is mainly used as wetting agent and penetrating agent in textile printing and dyeing industry, and can be used in various processes of fabric bleaching, scouring, dyeing and finishing, such as sizing, Desizing (especially biological enzyme Desizing), scouring, bleaching, carbonization, chlorination, dyeing, Resin finishing and other processes. With the help of the osmotic agent JFC {penetration, the dosage is 1-4g/L. Has a strong ability to wash hair. The fiber is soft, whether in acid, neutral or alkaline can be used, the general amount of wool washing is 1% to 2% of the gross weight. In biological enzyme Desizing (starch slurry), add penetrant JFC to accelerate Desizing, the general dosage is 0. 1%~ 0.5%, wool carbonization liquid can add penetrant JFC, so as to shorten the carbonization time, reduce the amount of acid, improve the carbonization effect, the amount of 0.5~2G/L. The scouring effect can be improved by adding penetrant jfc2-5 g/L to the scouring of acetate fiber and other synthetic fibers.
