Abstract:
with cyanamide and dodecylamine as raw materials, dodecylguanidine hydrochloride surfactant was synthesized in one step, the better process conditions were determined by single factor experiment: volume fraction of 95% ethanol as solvent, n (dodecylamine):n (cyanamide):n (hydrochloric acid) = 1:1.5:1.1, Reaction Time 2 h. The product was characterized by IR,1HNMR and elemental analysis, and its surface activity, foaming, emulsifying and antibacterial properties were tested. The results showed that the CMC of dodecylguanidine hydrochloride was 5.5 mmol/L and the lowest surface tension was 24.1 mN/m, under the concentration of 25 mg/L, the inhibition rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli reached 100%, at the concentration of 100 mg/L, the inhibition rate of Candida albicans reached 99.5%.

dodecylguanidine hydrochloride biocide, expressed as a percentage by weight, is characterized in that: the composition comprises: dodecylamine 49-51%, concentrated hydrochloric acid 26-31%, cyanamide 18-23%, its production methods are: 1) synthesis of dodecylguanidine hydrochloride; 2) synthesis of dodecylguanidine hydrochloride; 3) generation of bactericidal algicide and its application. The invention is applied to the water industry system, and can effectively control bacteria, yeast and fungi, and kill microorganisms and algae in medicine, hygiene, paper making, textile, oil field, water treatment and the like.
