Physical and Chemical PropertiesIron Dextran Injection is a dark brown colloidal solution. The iron dextran solid was a dark tan amorphous powder. Odorless and astringent. Hygroscopic in the air. Soluble in water, the solution is dark brown colloidal solution, ph 5.2-6.5, insoluble in organic solvents such as ethanol.
Iron Dextran Injection is a complex of iron and dextran. What is glucan
