Z-DL-NORLEUCINE - Introduction
Z-dl-norleucine is a compound that contains an N-benzyl group and an oxycarbonyl group in its structure. Its properties are as follows:

The common preparation method is to use p-trimethylsilylethyl methyl chloroiodinone (TBTU) as an activator, to undergo a condensation reaction with norleucine and benzochloroformic acid, and then undergo a treatment of removing the protecting group, finally, the target product is obtained.
