1,1,3,-also known as 1,1, 3,3-tetramethyl-1-vinyldisiloxane, is an organosilicon compound.

Use:
- 1,1,3, is commonly used as a crosslinking agent and plasticizer for silicon-based resins.
-It can also be used as a catalyst and reaction intermediate in organic synthesis for the synthesis of other organosilicon compounds.
-In cosmetics and personal care products, 1,1,3, 1 is used as a softening agent, thickener and lubricant.

1,1,3, is usually made by the reaction delamination of silane and vinyl silane.
