A preparation method of NTE material Sc2W3O12, characterized in that the Sc2W3O12 of NTE material is synthesized by hydrothermal method, and the raw materials used are: SC (NO3)3 · xH2O (analytically pure), H40N10O41W12 · xH2O (chemically pure), HNO3 (analytically pure). the preparation process is as follows: 1) scandium nitrate and ammonium tungstate are respectively prepared into 0.5 ~ 1mol/L and 0.05~0.1mol/L aqueous solutions, scandium nitrate and ammonium tungstate are mixed according to Sc3: W6 molar ratio of 2: 3 by double drop method, nitric acid solution is added to the mixed solution under the condition of continuous stirring to adjust pH = 3~5, stir evenly at 60~80 ℃; 2) Then transfer the mixed solution into a reaction kettle with polytetrafluoroethylene lining, seal and heat at a temperature of 150~180 ℃ for 10~15h, after the reaction is completed, use a centrifuge for centrifugal dehydration, pour out the supernatant, then repeatedly wash and centrifuge for 3 times, and then dry at 80~110 ℃ to obtain the precursor; 3) the precursor is heated in a muffle furnace above 540 ℃ to obtain the final product Sc2W3O12. 2. a method for preparing raw materials of scandium diffusion cathode substrate powder. in this preparation method, scandium nitrate and ammonium metatungstate are used as raw materials, citric acid is used as complexing agent, and ethylene glycol is used as surfactant. Sc2O3 accounts for 1%-20% of the mass of the final powder, and the rest is tungsten. |
