| Use | SRPIN340 is a selective SRPK inhibitor, acting on SRPK1, Ki is 0.89 μM, and has no significant inhibitory activity on more than 140 other kinases. |
| In vitro study | SRPIN340 inhibits SR phosphorylation in Flp-In293 of cells by SRPK and promotes degradation of SRp75 in a dose-dependent manner, followed by inhibition of HIV production. SRPIN340 at 5 mg/ml did not cause abnormalities in chromosome structure and chromosome number in CHO cells. SRPIN340 dose-dependently inhibits the expression of HCV subgenomic replication and HCV-JFH1 clonal replication in vitro. |
| In vivo study | SRPIN340 dose-dependently inhibited the formation of CNV in vivo. SRPIN340 significantly reduced the protein levels of VEGF,MCP-1,ICAM-1, thereby inhibiting macrophage infiltration. |
