| preparation | a mixed solvent recrystallization method for efficient preparation of high purity n-octyl ferrocene, characterized by the following steps: step 1: the crude n-octyl ferrocene, polar protic solvent containing hydroxyl group, polar aprotic solvent and non-polar solvent are prepared in a volume ratio of 1:4 to 5:4 to 5:8 to 10; Step 2: After the prepared solution is placed at a temperature of -10 ℃ to -80 ℃ to precipitate n-octyl ferrocene crystals, pour out the 50% solvent and filter to obtain n-octyl ferrocene crystals; replace the crude n-octyl ferrocene in step 1 with the n-octyl ferrocene crystal this time, and repeat steps 1 to 2 six times; step 3: place the crystals collected after repeated six times in a vacuum oven at a temperature of 40~60 ℃ and a relative vacuum degree of -0.05 ~-0.08Mpa. after 3~4 hours, nitrogen is filled until the internal and external pressures are equal, the vacuum is pumped to -0.05 ~-0.08Mpa, then nitrogen is filled, and the process of filling nitrogen to vacuuming is repeated for 8~10 times to obtain high purity n-octyl ferrocene. |
