The system gradually heats up to react. The reaction temperature is 420 ℃, the reaction pressure is 3MP, and the reaction time is 3h. After the reaction is over, the gas phase crude in the kettle is separated from gas and solid and then enters the crude condenser for condensation. The condensate is collected in the crude tank. The residue at the bottom of the kettle is treated for production of active potassium fluoride;(3) Refining of octafluorotoluene: The crude octafluorotoluene in the crude product tank enters the octafluorotoluene rectification tower kettle, is rectified by octafluorotoluene rectification tower, and the product octafluorotoluene is separated from the top of the tower and flows through an adsorption tower equipped with 2-chloromethylchloro resin at a flow rate of 3BV/h and a temperature of 40 ℃ to obtain purified octafluorotoluene product. |
