OMEGA-HEPTANOLACTAM - Production method
It is obtained by oximation and rearrangement of cycloheptanone. Sulfuric acid and hydroxylamine sulfate are pumped into a dry reaction pot, heated, stirred and dissolved, and cycloheptanone is slowly added at 110-120 ℃. After adding, keep the temperature and stir for 1.5h, and cool to 70-80 ℃. Put the material into the crushed ice while it is hot, and add sodium hydroxide solution to pH 14. Extraction with chloroform, extraction liquid distillation recovery of chloroform, vacuum distillation, collection of 140 ℃(2.0kPa) fraction, heptyllactam.
