| production method | its preparation method is to put water and HCl into a reactor, cool, then add metered 2, 6-dimethylaniline, cool to below -5 ℃, start dropping NaNO2 aqueous solution, control dropping temperature, measure pH<3 at the dropping end point, and then continue the reaction for 10min, add anhydrous Na2SO3, stir evenly, slowly raise the temperature to (95±2)℃ for 2.5h, cool to room temperature, add HCl, raise the temperature to 70 ℃, then cool and filter to obtain 2,6-dimethylphenylhydrazine hydrochloride. |
