| In vitro study | 4T1 cells under hypoxic conditions U-104 (50 μm) blocks the mesenchymal phenotype of the cancer stem cell population. U-104 (<50 μm) significantly reduced the migration of the metastatic MDA-MB-231 LM2-4Luc cells with a dose-dependent profile, while the cells grew into compact clones similar to the parental MDA-MB-231 cells.
