N-Boc-4-acetylpiperidine is an organic compound with the chemical formula C11H17NO3.

-It can be used to synthesize antibiotics, antiviral drugs, tumor treatment drugs and cardiovascular drugs.
Method:
N-Boc-4-acetylpiperidine are usually synthesized by the following steps:
1.4-acetyl piperidine dissolved in carbon tetrachloride;
2. Add cuprous chloride and tert-butyl alcohol, and then add copper hypochlorite as catalyst;
3. After the reaction is completed, acidify with acetic anhydride to generate N-Boc-4-acetylpiperidine.
