N-(PHENYLTHIO)PHTHALIMIDE - Introduction
N-(phenylthio) phthalimide, also known as BT-4, is an organic compound. Its chemical formula is C14H10N2O2S.
Properties: BT-4 is a yellow crystalline solid. It is insoluble in water at normal temperature, but soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and methylene chloride. It has a lower melting and boiling point.
