| production method | 1. Preparation Method: In a reaction flask equipped with stirrer, reflux condenser and thermometer, add 95% phosphoric acid 221g(2.14mol), potassium iodide 250g(1.5mol), then add cyclohexene (2)41g(0.5mol). The reaction was stirred at 80 °c for 3H. After cooling, 100ml of water and 250ml of ether were added and stirring was continued. The ether layer was separated, decolorized with 50ml of 10% sodium thiosulfate solution, washed with saturated brine, and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. The ether was distilled off and then distilled under reduced pressure, and fractions of 48-49.5 ° C./0.532kPa were collected to obtain 93-95g of compound (1) in a yield of 88%-90%. [1] |
