| In vitro study | In Hela cells overexpressing Notch green fluorescent protein, FLI-06 inhibited the transport and treatment of Notch. FLI-06 change the maturation pattern of APP and terminate the release of APPs. In renal epithelial cell line 293 cells, stable transfection of mutant APP resulted in extensive amyloid precipitation. FLI-06 destruction of the Golgi complex, in the endoplasmic reticulum from tubular to patchy form of the transformation process, inhibition of endoplasmic reticulum transport before the secretion of total protein. |
