Content determination
take an appropriate amount of this product (about 2mg equivalent to dianthrol), precisely weigh it, put it in a 50ml beaker, add 10ml of glacial acetic acid, put it on a water bath and heat it to melt the matrix, stir and extract it for 3 minutes, cool in a cold water bath to solidify the matrix, filter the extract solution, place the filtrate in a 50ml measuring flask, extract the Matrix 3 times with the same method, and use 10ml of glacial acetic acid each time, add glacial acetic acid to dilute to the scale, shake well, as a test solution; Take the right amount of the reference substance of dianthrol, precisely weigh, dissolve and quantitatively dilute with glacial acetic acid to make a solution containing about 40ug of dianthrol per 1 ml, as a control solution.
