| introduction | cypermethrin chloride is a key intermediate in the preparation of cypermethrin. Cypermethrin is a viscous yellow or brown semi-solid substance. Cypermethrin is a fine chemical product with strong contact killing, stomach toxicity, and feeding prevention effects. It has extremely high activity especially for lepidopteran pests. It is a new type of pyrethroid that developed rapidly in the 1970s. One of the pesticide varieties with the largest agricultural production is suitable for the prevention and control of various crop pests such as cotton, rice, vegetables, fruit trees and tea. |

| Production method | The preparation method is the reaction of dichlorochrysanthemum acid with thionyl chloride, phosphorus trichloride or phosgene to prepare dichlorochrysanthemum chloride. Add dichlorochrysanthemum acid and toluene into the reaction kettle, add catalyst, start to pass phosgene when the temperature is raised to 80 ℃ under stirring, the flow rate of phosgene is 4 m3/h, the temperature is kept at 80~90 ℃, about 1.5h, the reaction reaches the end point, stop passing phosgene. After cooling, excess phosgene is blown out by nitrogen, and the reaction tail gas is recovered by the tail gas absorption device, and hydrochloric acid and alkali are used for related treatment. Stop the nitrogen flow after the vacuum distillation, the recovery of toluene to obtain dichlorochrysanthemum chloride. |
