| preparation | in a 500ml reaction bottle, 34g of copper sulfate, 250ml of purified water are added, stirred and dissolved, 19g of glycine, 42g of p-methylsulfone benzaldehyde are added, ammonia water is adjusted to pH = 9, water is controlled to react at 50 ℃ for 22 hours, filtration is carried out, the filter cake is dissolved in 300ml of anhydrous ethanol, 40g of concentrated sulfuric acid is added dropwise, reflux is carried out for 2.5 hours, thermal filtration is, cooling crystallization, suction filtration, dissolving the filter cake in water, adjusting the pH = 9 in ammonia water, precipitating the solid, filtering and drying to obtain racemic ester, dissolving the racemic ester in 3 times ethanol, adding L-tartaric acid, refluxing for 2.5 hours, the obtained solid is the product, the mother liquor is racemized and applied, the solid is dried to obtain 20.1g of the product, and the yield is 42.3%. |
