CYANOPHOS - Uses and synthesis methods

Toxicity

acute oral LD50 was 610mg/kg (565mg/kg) for rats, 860mg/kg for rats, 800mg/kg for rats, 5mg/L (48h) for carp LC50, 6mg/L (LC50) for goldfish, 24h without death.

use

1. It is used to control Chilo suppressalis, Chilo suppressalis, leaf roller, rice bracts, rice leafhoppers, rice thrips, armyworms, aphids, yellow striped beetles, spider mites, etc., and can also control fruit trees, Vegetables and ornamental plants on the scale wing pests, flies, mosquitoes and other sanitary pests. Make poison bait and sprinkle it on the soil to prevent cutworms. Use 25~50g active ingredient/100kg water.

2. It is used to control lepidopteran pests on fruit trees, vegetables and ornamental plants, as well as sanitary pests such as cockroaches, flies and mosquitoes.

production method

1. It is obtained by the reaction of O,O-dimethylchlorosulfur phosphate ester and cyano phenol. The content of the original drug is about 93%, and each ton of product consumes 530kg of 4-cyanophenol, 620kg of anhydrous potassium carbonate, and 720kg of O,O-dimethyl sulfide phosphoryl chloride, of which 4-cyanophenol is prepared by reacting p-hydroxybenzoic acid with urea and phosphorus pentasulfide at 50-300 ℃.

2, O,O-dimethyl thiophosphoryl chloride synthesis see the preparation method of fenitrothion. In the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate, O,O-dimethylthiophosphoryl chloride is prepared by reacting with p-hydroxy nitrile. P-hydroxybenzonitrile is prepared by the reaction of 4-hydroxybenzoic acid with urea and phosphorus pentasulfide.
