| product description | N-cyclohexylthiophthalimide is also called scorch retarder, early vulcanization inhibitor, anti-scorch agent CTP, anti-scorch agent PVI, at room temperature It is white, light yellow or light yellow-brown crystals, while the product recrystallized from n-heptane is white crystals. Soluble in acetone, benzene, toluene, ether, ethyl acetate and ethyl acetate, slightly soluble in gasoline, insoluble in kerosene and water, soluble in hot carbon tetrachloride, ethanol and heptane. Cyclohexane is reacted with hydrochloric acid to produce chlorinated cyclohexane. Sulfurized with sulfur to obtain chlorothiocyclohexane. Finally, this product is prepared by reacting phthalimide with chlorothiocyclohexane in the presence of an acid absorber. It can be used for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, which can effectively prevent scorching of rubber materials during processing and improve production efficiency. At the same time, it has a recovery effect on the rubber that has been subjected to high heat or slightly scorched. N-cyclohexyl thiophthalimide is widely used in elastomers that can be vulcanized with sulfur, and it has a good anti-coke effect when combined with various general accelerators. With anti-scorch agent CTP, whether it is open or high-temperature rapid mixing, it can use a mixing process to effectively prevent scorch. It can be used with accelerators M, DM, TMTD and effective or semi-effective vulcanization systems to improve the properties of the compound. The production efficiency of calendering and extrusion can be improved. It is beneficial to improve the adhesion between rubber and brass-plated steel wire, and is widely used in various general-purpose rubbers and special rubbers such as nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene or ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, butyl rubber and neoprene rubber.
