| In vitro study | L-755,507 is a very potent human β3 adrenergic receptor agonist with greater than 440-fold selectivity for β3 over the β1 and β2 receptors. L755507 was able to bring about an increase in cAMP accumulation in CHO-KI1 cells expressing human adrenergic β3 receptors, an effect that was significant with increasing concentration. In a recent study, L-755507 were found to enhance homologous recombination repair. |
