| Use | 3-aminosulfonylthiophene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester is an intermediate of the sulfonylurea herbicide thiosulfuron. Used for the synthesis of thiosulfuron-methyl herbicide, and also used for the synthesis of pharmaceutical products |
| production method | the preparation method is to add methyl 3-aminothiophene -2-carboxylate into the reaction kettle, then add acetic acid and hydrochloric acid, stir to a certain temperature (generally at -5 ℃), drop sodium nitrite aqueous solution into the reaction kettle, keep a certain temperature, drop for about 10h, and keep the temperature for 1h. In another reaction kettle, the above-mentioned diazo liquid and a certain amount of hydrochloric acid, acetic acid and copper chloride catalyst are added and stirred, cooled to a certain temperature, sulfur dioxide is introduced, the reaction time is about 8h, the temperature is kept for 8h, water is added for filtration, and the compound is sulfonyl chloride. Add 3-sulfonyl chlorothiophene -2-carboxylic acid methyl ester and a certain amount of solvent into the ammoniation kettle, stir and introduce ammonia gas until the temperature does not rise, about 6 h, keep the temperature for 1 h, pump into a water washing pot, wash with water, cool to a certain temperature, filter, delaminate, and recover the solvent from the organic layer to obtain the finished product. |
