Use:
- 1-[(aminooxy)methyl]-4-methoxybenzene hydrochloride (1:1) can be used as a precursor for the synthesis of oxalyl phenylhydrazine (Cobalamin).
-can also be used in dye synthesis, pharmaceutical chemical synthesis and other fields.
Preparation Method:
-Usually prepared by the reaction of benzylamine substrate.
-First, benzylamine and formaldehyde are condensed to obtain 4-formaldehydyl benzylamine.
-Then react 4-carboxaldehyde benzylamine with methanol to obtain 4-methoxybenzylamine.
-Hydrochloric acid was finally added to give 1-[(aminooxy)methyl]-4-methoxybenzene hydrochloride (1:1).
