SNJ-1945 protect SH-SY5Y cells from MPP() and rotenone. SNJ-1945 reduce mouse retinal cell death in vitro and in vivo. SNJ-1945 has good water solubility and can prevent the heart from KCl sudden arrest and reperfusion injury associated with impaired total Ca(2 +) treatment by inhibiting the proteolysis of α-fodrin as cardioplegia. |
