Production method
Using tert-butanol as a raw material, in the presence of aluminum trichloride, it reacts with benzene to form tert-butadiene benzene, and uses paraformaldehyde, hydrochloric acid, etc. for chloromethylation reaction to form p-tert-butylbenzyl chloride, and then Condensation with piperazine to form p-tert-butylbenzylpiperazine hydrochloride, neutralize with alkali to obtain p-tert-butylbenzylpiperazine, and condensation with p-chlorodiphenylbromomethane to form chlorphenazine. Chlorbenzine hydrochloride is generated.
