Physical and Chemical PropertiesChemical properties brown-red powder. Soluble in water, the solubility in water is 30g/L (60 ℃), 48g/L (98 ℃), the aqueous solution is golden yellow, the addition of concentrated hydrochloric acid turns orange red brown, the addition of concentrated sodium hydroxide is golden yellow. Slightly soluble in ethanol, pale in lemon color. It is orange-red-brown in concentrated sulfuric acid, and turns golden yellow after dilution. When dyeing, it changes slightly in the color light of copper and iron ions, has good chlorine resistance stability, and is resistant to the reduction of white powder and alkali sulfide.
UseUse direct yellow 5R can be used to dye cotton, viscose fiber, can also be directly printed and color, but not white. Dyed cotton and viscose fiber were red and yellow, slightly dimmed, with poor migration and dyeing property. Usually with red, brown and other dyes to adjust color light, but not with blue, green, gray and other color. It can be used for high-temperature and same-Bath dyeing with disperse dyes for polyester-viscose blended fabrics.

introduction

P> direct yellow 29 is used for dyeing cotton or viscose with bright red and yellow color, good levelness and transdyeability, good dyeing rate, maximum dyeing temperature is 60 ℃, low temperature, and color depth. It can be printed directly or dyed with the background color. Mainly used for dyeing and printing of viscose silk fabrics. It is used for dyeing silk fabrics to withstand the weight gain treatment of silk, and the color light is not affected. It can also be used for coloring leather, paper and aluminum oxide.

production method

take C. I. direct yellow 59 (C.I.49000) (see remarks) as raw material, and co-heat treat its aqueous solution with sodium hypochlorite to obtain the product. The finished product is salted out, filtered, dried and crushed.
