57028-96-3 - Introduction
Polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride (PHGC) is a broad-spectrum fungicide and an environmentally friendly multi-purpose new cationic polymer. It is easily soluble in water, and the aqueous solution is colorless and tasteless. It has broad-spectrum efficiency and low use concentration., No foam, no drug resistance, biodegradability and many other excellent properties, it has been widely used in plant protection, medicine, industrial products, food and daily necessities. Its sterilization mechanism is: guanidine group has high activity, so that the polymer is positively charged, and it is easy to be adsorbed by various bacteria and viruses that are usually negatively charged, thereby inhibiting the division function of bacteria and viruses, and causing bacteria and viruses to lose Reproductive ability. At the same time, it is a high molecular polymer, which can form a film to block the respiratory channel of microorganisms, causing microorganisms to suffocate quickly.
Polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride is an ophthalmic compound containing phenylephrine. Polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride is an antibacterial agent; it is used for the preparation of multifunctional flame retardant polyester fabrics.
