Preparation Method:
2-Bromo-1-[4-fluoro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]ethanone can be synthesized by the following steps:
1. first, hydrobromic acid and acetone are added to the reaction system to generate 2-acetone bromo.
2. add 2-acetonyl bromide and silver tetrafluoroacetate together into the reaction system to react to generate 4-acetonyl bromide.
3. finally, 3-chloromethyl-4-fluorobenzoic acid methyl ester and trifluoromethanesulfonyl chloride are added into the reaction system, and the target product 2-Bromo-1-[4-fluoro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]ethanone is generated under the catalysis of a base.
