| Introduction | bromonitroaniline is an important raw material for organic synthesis and preparation of dyes, brominated aromatic hydrocarbons are usually synthesized by bromination of the corresponding parent compound with bromine in the presence of a metal catalyst. 4-bromo-2-nitroaniline is a yellow solid and can be used as an organic intermediate. |
| synthetic method | in a 5L four-necked bottle, add 4L of potassium bromide (7.5% by mass based on bromide ion) solution, distilled water 2L by distillation, adding 10g of activated carbon, decolorizing and filtering, and then adding flocculant and other precipitation filtration to obtain potassium bromide solution with a concentration of 15% (mass percentage concentration based on bromide ion); in a four-necked bottle of 500mi. Add a 15% potassium bromide solution (273.5g,0.52mol) to the same concentration (as a percentage by mass of the bromide juice), slowly add 98% sulfuric acid (48.5g,0.485mol), stir for 30min, add 2-nitroaniline (88G, 0.481mol), raise the temperature to 35 ℃, slowly add 54g(0.152mol) of sodium chlorate solution with prepared concentration of 30% Dropwise, heat preservation 30min, heated to 75 deg C for 2H, cooled to room temperature, filtering, filter cake water to pH value of 5~8, drying to obtain light yellow 4-bromo-2-nitroaniline. |
