Molecular Formula | C33H33NO3 |
Molar Mass | 491.62 |
Physical and Chemical Properties | This product is white crystal with melting point above 300 ℃. |
Use | Used as a polyester dyeing modifier. It can improve defects such as poor dyeing and moisture absorption of polyester fibers, resulting in high-quality fibers with bright color, good moisture absorption, and high moisture fastness. |
This product is an anionic fixing agent and cannot be mixed with cationic surfactants. It should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse.
Add 80kg of isophthalic acid to the reactor, and then add 345kg of liquid SO4. Stir and raise the temperature to 166 ℃ for 0.5h, and then continue to raise the temperature to about 180 ℃ for 6h to obtain isophthalic carboxylbenzenesulfonic acid. After cooling, add methanol dropwise (with a mass of about 1/3 of isophthalic acid). First, add 1/3 of methanol, keep it at around 130 ℃ during the dropwise process, and then cool to about 60 ℃ before adding the remaining 2/3 of methanol. After adding, stir for 2 hours, cool, neutralize with Na2CO3, filter, and dry.
