Introduction bis (1, 5-cyclooctadiene) rhodium (I) tetrafluoroborate is a rhodium compound. Rhodium compounds, as homogeneous catalysts of noble metals, are widely used in important chemical production processes such as hydroformylation, hydrogenation, and carbonyl synthesis.
prepare 10g rhodium trichloride trihydrate is dissolved in 100 ml of absolute ethanol and 20 ml of water, 37.4 ml of 1,5-cyclooctadiene is measured in a constant pressure funnel, nitrogen is replaced and protected, and 1,5-cyclooctadiene is added dropwise, after dropping, raise the temperature to 82 ℃ and keep the temperature and stir for 18 hours. The reaction liquid is concentrated by spin-evaporation, cooled and filtered to obtain 1, 5-cyclooctadiene rhodium chloride dimer. Then dissolve all the above solids in 240 ml of dichloromethane and 17.7 ml of 1,5 cyclooctadiene, protected by nitrogen, slowly add 60 ml of acetone solution containing 7.5g of silver tetrafluoroborate at 20 ℃, drop the temperature to 35 ℃, react for 24 hours, filter, spin steam concentration, filter, rinse with methyl tert-butyl ether, vacuum and dry at room temperature to obtain 2 (1,5-cyclooctadiene) rhodium (I) tetrafluoroborate 13.8g, the measured metal Rh content is 24.92%, and the theoretical Rh content is 25.30%.
