3-hydroxy -1-methyl pyrrolidine (5g) was added to a 100ml single-mouth bottle, n-hexane (50ml) was cooled in an ice bath for 10min, phosphorus tribromide (16.9g) was added under cooling, and the temperature was raised to reflux for 2h. Cooling. Add 25% KOH and neutralize until pH>8. Ether extraction. Combined organic phase, add 1N hydrochloric acid 50ml, extraction. Retain the aqueous phase, adjust pH>8, ether extraction.
