After the reaction is completed, the reactants are left standing to separate out the organic phase, washed several times with distilled water and 5% NaCl solution respectively, dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and distilled out dichloromethane to obtain orange-red viscous liquid-crude product. The obtained crude product is subjected to vacuum distillation, and the fraction under the condition of (135-140 ℃)/(1.5kPa) is collected to obtain the product of polymerization grade, which is a colorless transparent viscous liquid with 85.2% yield (calculated as acryloyl chloride). |
