Raw material consumption quota: diethylamine (95%)478 kg/t, diketene (92%)525 kg/t. The preparation method is obtained by condensation of diethylene ketone and diethylamine. According to the feed ratio of diethylenone: diethylamine = 1: 1.05 (molar ratio), put the quantitative diethylamine into the reaction pot, start stirring, and add diethylenone dropwise at 40~45 ℃. After addition, keep the temperature at (45±5)℃ for 1h to obtain acetoacetyl diethylamine with a content of more than 92%. |
