| use | 2-phenoxyethylamine is an important intermediate in the production of nefazodone. Nefazodone, an antidepressant for benpiperazine. The structure is related to trazodone. It can block the reuptake of 5-HT by presynaptic neurons and is an antagonist of postsynaptic 5-HT2 receptors. Unlike trazodone, 2-phenoxyethylamine inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine. 2-Phenoxyethylamine can also block α1-receptors, but has no obvious effect on dopamine receptors. There was no significant antimuscarinic effect compared to other tricyclic antidepressants. for the synthesis of naphthalazodone and other raw materials |
