2-DIPHENYLPHOSPHINO-6-METHYLPYRIDINE - Introduction
2-Diphenylphosphine-6-methylpyridine is an organic compound whose chemical formula is C18H16NP. It is a pale yellow solid, almost insoluble in water at normal temperature, but soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and dichloromethane.
2-Diphenylphosphine-6-methylpyridine has many applications. It can participate as a ligand in metal-catalyzed reactions, for example as a catalyst in organic synthesis.
