| synthesis method | add 1 mol/L 5-chlorothiophene in a 250 mL reaction flask, 1.2 mol/LDMF,1g catalyst, stirred to 50~55 ℃, uniform introduction of phosgene gas 40g/h,2.5 h after sampling control analysis, the gas spectrum area normalization method is used to analyze the percentage content of thiophene and thiophene formaldehyde, until the thiophene content is less than 1%, the phosgene is stopped, and the excess phosgene is removed by nitrogen instead. After 2 h, cool down to below 30 ℃, add 100 mL of cold water, stir for 0.5 h, change to steam distillation, separate the organic phase, use distillation tower to vacuum distillation, get thiophene formaldehyde product, its content is more than 99%, and the yield is more than 90%. |
