| use | manganese citrate is a nutritional supplement (manganese fortifier). Can be used for baked products, alcohol-free beverages, dairy products, fish products, meat products; containing dairy products, poultry products, infant formula, etc., the amount is not restricted, limited to GMP (FDA § 184.1449,2000). |
| production method | manganese carbonate precipitate is generated by the reaction of manganese sulfate and sodium carbonate solution. after filtering and washing the precipitate, it is hydrolyzed with an appropriate citric acid solution for the first time to form manganese citrate, and then sodium citrate is used for further complete reaction to obtain manganese citrate. |
