2-(2-Azidoethoxy)ethanol - Preparation
add 50g diethylene glycol and 34g triethylamine into 500ml dichloromethane, stir, weigh 54g p-toluenesulfonyl chloride and dissolve in 150ml dichloromethane, drop it into the reaction system under the condition of ice water bath, drop it and react at 20 ℃ for 12 hours. TLC showed that the reaction was over, 400ml of water was added for washing, liquid separation, anhydrous sodium sulfate dried the organic phase, spin dried, and then separated and purified by column chromatography to obtain 55g of intermediate A, with a yield of 90%. Nuclear magnetic resonance data are as follows: 1HNMR(400MHz,CDCl3):& delta;:7.792(d,J = 8.4Hz,2H);7.350(d,J = 8.4Hz,2H);4.158(t,J = 4.4Hz,2H);3.702~3.567(m,6H);2.818 (s,1H);2.435(s,3H).
