Add p-iodaniline and absolute ethanol in a container, and add dibromohydantoin in batches under normal temperature conditions; when there is no raw material product detected by HPLC chromatogram, stop the reaction; direct filtration can obtain 2,6-Dibromo -4-iodoaniline intermediate; add 2, 6-dibromo-4-iodoaniline intermediate and hypophosphoric acid in another container, drop sodium nitrite solution after cooling, after the drip is finished, the solid will be washed out, filtered directly, and recrystallized with absolute ethanol to obtain needle-like 3,5-dibromoiodobenzene.
