6% NaCl aqueous solution prepared in advance was added to the reaction kettle, and 73.4% sodium methyl taurine aqueous solution was added under stirring. Raise the temperature to about 40 ℃ and adjust the pH value to 9~10. Then add coconut oil fatty acid chloride and stir for 10h to obtain the product.
