-Melting point: about 80-85°C.
-Solubility: Soluble in common organic solvents.

Use:
- Bis(3,) chlorophosphine is a commonly used reagent in organic synthesis and can be used in alkylation reactions and other organic synthesis reactions.
-It can be used as a chemical catalyst and transition metal ligand to participate in the catalytic process of organic synthesis reactions.

Preparation Method:
Bis(3, is) chlorophosphine can be prepared by the following steps:
1.3,5-dimethyl -4-methoxy phenol dissolved in anhydrous steel chloride.
2. This solution reacts with sulfuric acid to generate sulfuric acid ester.
3. react the resulting sulfuric acid ester with anhydrous phosphorus trichloride to generate Bis(3, 9) chlorophosphine.
