Isopropyl trioleate acyloxytitanate (Isopropyl tritium (dioctyl)phosphoril titaniumate, abbreviated IPTDOPT) is an organotitanium compound. The following is a description of its nature, use, formulation and safety information:

1. Appearance is colorless to light yellow liquid.

3. Can be dissolved in organic solvents such as alcohols, ketones and aromatic hydrocarbons.
Use:
1. as a catalyst:
-In the field of synthesis, it can be used as a catalyst for transesterification and condensation reactions.
-In the polymerization reaction, it can be used as an initiator to promote the formation of polymers.
-In organic synthesis, it can be used as a transition metal catalyst promoter.
2. as a stabilizer:
-In polymers and coatings, it can be used as a stabilizer for oxidation and UV protection.
-In coatings and plastics, it can improve its fluidity and coating performance.
Preparation Method:
The synthesis of IPTDOPT is usually carried out by a ligand exchange reaction. Dimethyl titanium dioxide is reacted with isopropyl alcohol and trioctyl phosphorus chloride to give isopropyl trioctyl oxy phosphate, which is then reacted with dimethyl titanium dioxide to give the final product isopropyl trioleate acyloxy titanate.
Safety Information:
1. IPTDOPT with low toxicity, but should still comply with the laboratory safety procedures for use.
2. avoid contact with skin and eyes, such as contact, immediately rinse with plenty of water.
