The alkaline hydrolysis of tungsten ore as raw material. Crushed to 320 mesh, and added with 30% sodium hydroxide into the reactor for alkaline hydrolysis. After alkaline hydrolysis, calcium tungstate is synthesized by reacting with calcium chloride, and calcium tungstate reacts with hydrochloric acid to produce tungstic acid, then react with sodium hydroxide to generate sodium tungstate, which is evaporated and crystallized, centrifuged and dried to obtain the sodium tungstate product.

sodium tungstate is a kind of anodic passivation film corrosion inhibitor, and its corrosion inhibition performance is better than that of molybdenum system and phosphorus system. It has good corrosion inhibition effect on halogen steel, copper, copper alloy, aluminum and zinc. When sodium tungstate is a single corrosion inhibitor, the dosage is large, about WO ~- 200mg/L or more, and the cost is high.
