| preparation | a method for preparing high-purity mannotriose from fresh rehmannia glutinosa, consisting of the following steps: (1) high-temperature processing of fresh rehmannia glutinosa: take 25.0g of fresh rehmannia glutinosa collected, discard the mouldy parts, wash them, cut them into sections with a thickness of 3cm, and heat them to 90 ℃ for 6H; (2) preparation of Mannan trisaccharide sample solution: add the processed product of fresh rehmannia glutinosa obtained in step (1) to water at 70 ℃ for 0.5h at a ratio of 1:2, the residue was further leached once according to the above process, and the extracts were combined and concentrated to 60 in vacuo. The sugar solution of Brix, I .e., a Mannan trisaccharide-like solution, is obtained. (3) alcohol precipitation to obtain Mannan trisaccharide-like liquid alcohol precipitation part: add ethanol to Mannan trisaccharide-like liquid according to the volume ratio of 1:2, at a temperature of 80 deg C for 30min, Natural cooling and allowing to stand for 24h; Alcohol precipitation of Mannan trisaccharide-like liquid; (4) removal of impurities, decolorization and concentration to obtain Mannan trisaccharide-like liquid: the alcohol precipitation Mannan trisaccharide sample solution obtained in step 3 is diluted 10 times with water, and 0.5% activated carbon or macroporous adsorption resin (the ratio of the weight of the sample solution to the volume of the resin is 450g/L) is used.
