production method
1. It is obtained by passing 10-undecylenic acid and formic acid through titanium dioxide.
It is obtained by the reduction of undecylenyl chloride.
2. It is obtained by co-boiling 7-hydroxynonanoic acid and 50% sulfuric acid for molecular rearrangement.
In the presence of pyridine, nonenoic acid is synthesized from heptanal and malonic acid, and then co-heated with sulfuric acid.
